    COEP students, Shaizeen Aga, Swati Gour and Akshay Galande, won Microsoft’s Imagine Cup Egypt ‘09, the world’s premier student technology competition.

    The Imagine Cup is billed as the ‘World’s Premier Student Technology Competition’ and is organised by Microsoft Corp.

    Dear alumni,

    COEP has been ranked 22nd amongst the top 25 engineering schools in India by India Today Survey 2009.

    While this is a recognition for the progress of the institute, we have miles to go before we reach the Top 10 list.

    The support and encouragement from alumni will goo a long way in achieving our dream of being within Top 10 institutes in India.

    COEP wokring with MIT to set up FabLab

    MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) is collaborating with COEP to set up FabLab project at COEP campus later this year.
    FabLab is a do-it-yourself approach to innovation and its aim is to provide basic infrastructure to communities to develop practical solutions to everyday problems. It consists of basic machining tools such as laser cutting, CNC milling machine etc which can be used to create prototype designs.
